Franziska Van Den Ende
Director
Franziska Van Den Ende brings 14 years of experience in commercial marketing and advertising. Working across multiple agencies, consultancies, and in-house management roles, she’s highly skilled in strategy, automation, commercial performance, and high-scale project management.

Bernardo Avilés-Busch
Creative Director
Bernardo Avilés-Busch has diverse work experience in the creative industry. He started his career as a Photographer in 2015 and later worked as a Product Designer for Jin Kuramoto in Tokyo in 2017. In 2018, Bernardo worked as a Concept Developer for a medical app, AudioGait funded by the Tech Accelerator DesignFarmBerlin. Bernardo joined Universal Music Group in 2022 as a Director and Creative Director.
He’s worked with the likes of: Universal Music, Nike, Majestic Casual, Otto Bock, HEIMAT Club, ARS Electronica Center, Lodown Magazine, Arts School Berlin Weißensee, Felmo, Life Space Probiotics.
